Today I do a complete Isaiah Thomas breakdown and teach you guys his favorite basketball moves and crossovers all in one short tutorial. http://BallerBootCamp.com/sww -- FREE, DOWNLOADABLE WORKOUT Anyways, if you ever watch him play be sure to keep an eye out for these different moves. He is such a dynamic passer and scorer. And he combines a very high level of skill and athleticism to be able to be very effective. I think he's most known for using that hesitation cross step move that I showed in the video and to be honest I've never seen another player use that basketball move as their go to move specifically. I was going to include a ton of footage in this from his actual games, but didn't want to get flagged so you know how that goes. Anyways, I hope you liked the video, and if you did make sure to hit that like button. Also, if you haven't gotten my free workout yet you def should do that. It brings some clarity on to what you should be doing to improve.
