Come hear Garrett Miller of MapBox share his experiences in building a mobile app for the upcoming South by Southwest (SXSW) Conference. Garrett will touch on product goals, design, and implementation, along with showing the code and work as it progressed. The app, which will allow users to quickly and playfully share their location, will be out in time for the presentation, definitely on iPhone and very likely on Android too. About the Speaker: Garrett Miller recently joined MapBox as a designer and developer. Before joining the team, Garrett was an early employee at Opower where he saw through its growth as a startup. He has also been responsible for numerous other projects including mashups of child art and illustration, interventionist window doodles, and the addictive node.js powered social drawing game Doodle or Die.
