The dual motor option will not be available at launch. Customers who want a dual motor Model 3 will have to wait an extra 6 to 9 months before they can get their Tesla with dual motors. The largest battery that can fit in a Model 3 is a 75 kWh (kilowatt-hour) which should get the Model 3's range to just below 300 miles. Unfortunately, if you want a performance Model 3 then you'll be waiting an extra year and a HUD is not looking likely.
