Chair yoga is yoga for everybody. A lot of people are intimidated by the prospect of getting down to the floor and coming back up during yoga practice, or are limited in their movement due to hip, ankle, knee issues. Chair yoga practice allows everyone to practice yoga while seated in the chair or standing by the chair.
